Identifying an Antique Doll?

Identifying an Antique DollI found an antique doll, she is 14 inches tall, with long blond hair, deep blue eyes, and orange/pink lips. She has no maker marks. Her head, legs, and hands are made of bisque or porcelain. She has a blue and white downward stripped dress with a white collar and white sleeves. She also has white pants on under the dress. She has white shoes as well. There are light blue ribbons in her hair. She had a "collector doll, Montgomery Ward" tag hanging from her arm, but I cannot find anything else out about her. Please help me identify her!
