This is often called a cane sided club chair. Most likely 60s. Maybe early 70s. Value is regional. We have a bunch around me so maybe 25.00. I have seen people asking up to 250.00 on line. Haven't seen one sell in a while. If I remember right, they were quite comfy. Condition is everything when setting prices. Also no smells. Sadly, upholstered fabric has become a hard sell the past few years in many cities because of bedbugs.
