Imperial tables made between 1910 and 1917 were marked with an oval logo, but later pieces had a shield-shaped logo, so this particular table was made during the second quarter of the 20th century. Some interesting info here:

I found this in a catalog to be a 1941 magazine table, from what they call the Masters Group. I am surprised there aren't more examples of it out there as Imperial was sturdy furniture.
