Information on Porcelain Doll?

A small porcelain doll in a green and white dress.Approximately 5 inch porcelain doll. She has no marks on the back of her neck or on her body, other than a belly button. Her limbs and head move and and appear to be attached by a small cord. Any information would help. Thank you.

It is very difficult to identify a doll if there are no marks. I found a doll similar to yours in the same size. I attached photos as it was already sold for $ 30.

Her legs looks like porcelain kit doll legs with the painted on black shoes, but her face looks like a Capodimonte doll--but those are marked usually on the back of the neck or the bum. There may have have been some that only had hang tags though--which would explain why she is not marked.

That she is strung and has a belly button are why I want one of my super expert peers in the Facebook group Identifying Your Mystery Dolls to see her and decide exactly who she is. They have people who all they do is specialize in the different genre so I am sure someone will know exactly who she is.

You have to ask to join and post pictures (dressed and undressed, front and back). You cannot ask about value--so once they confirm who she is, I can help you value her and give tips on selling.

Post back what you learn, in case I miss it on the site!

Thanks! Looking forward to helping once we confirm who she is!!

You may have to undress the doll to find marks. If there are none, it will be hard to identify
