I have this porcelain doll. Only markings are one on the back of her head "3203F". Her body is solid porcelain, she has string joints at the neck, shoulders, and hips making her somewhat posable.
Is approximatively 5 inches tall (sitting). From what I can see of her body she seems detailed a decent amount...didn't want to try to pull her dress off for fear of breaking her but was able to see her back...detailed spine lines, no marking.
I can't seem to find any other information on her. Any help as far as worth, maker, etc. is greatly appreciated! TIA

This is a mass-produced doll and you may never find out who produced it. It is not worth much at all.
I found some dolls on eBay that looked similar to your doll but didn't see an exact match. The average price of the dolls was less than $20.00.
