We believe our new puppy is a German Shepherd cross, but we've gotten so many different opinions on that, we're not even sure anymore! She is approximayely 8 weeks old and weighs 13lbs.

From looking at the photo, you could be right! There could also be a chance of her being Kelpie, that's if she is very active and her coat is short and a bit bristly. But if her coat is very soft and growing longer and her ears prop up stiff when listening to things she is more than likely to be German Sheppard. It is a bit hard to tell when they are young puppies but I hope this helps! :-) She is gorgeous by the way!
Your puppy looks to be German Sheppard and rottie. I have a Sheperd and her nose is long.
The only way to tell any breed is by their pedigree papers from a registered breeder. Love her for who she is irrespective of her cross-breed. German Shepherd/Kelpie is a good guess. This is one of my GS canine family. Good luck and many happy years together.
