I got my dog about 6 weeks ago and was kinda of curious if my sweet angel was a pure breed. The only reason I ask is because many people stop and wonder. Getting a DNA test in a few weeks!

A DNA test is your best option for finding out for sure if your dog is a pure bred Chihuahua. It's difficult to tell about a puppy this young. Your puppy sems to have a lot of chihuahua characteristics but it also looks like it could have some terrier breed mixed in.

Your dog is adorable and she does look like a pure breed chihuahua to me. I am not sure if you have adopted the dog from a shelter or animal rescue or you have purchased the dog. From what you have said it looks like you have adopted the dog and given the sweet little dog a forever home.
The vet can weigh in and look at what we can't see, like teeth, and bone structure! From the photos, your pup is 100% adorable!! At 15 weeks he does look a little big to be all chi....but there are big and small within each breed! Post back what you learn from the DNA test! Lovely puppy but probably not pure bred unless you purchased from a licensed breeder. That will not really matter as people generally fall in love on first sight and love just grows from that point on.
