Janome Memory Craft 6600p Error Code E5?

I started sewing and the thread started bunching up and my machine beeped. Now it has a message on it: E5 Error. I cut it off and cut it back on, but I still have the same message and it won't sew. My book says I need to take it to where I purchased my machine, but I didn't know if there was something I could do.

E5 is an electric component error. Your machine needs to be serviced.

All you need to do is turn off the machine for a minute and turn it back on. No service required.
