I am searching for my half siblings from my father. I have never met him and have just recently been told I have many siblings from him. His name is Steve Pernicka, he was from Staten Island, NY. He now lives in Jeffersonville, Vermont. Has worked for the Red Cross for many years. I do know of a few siblings I have from him, but there are more. There is a ton of information about a man named Steve Pernicka on Google. Have you tried a simple Google Search with his name and the word Vermont?
I hesitate to share links in cases like this because I don't want to offer links to information that may be unnecessarily upsetting to the finder if it is not the right person. Many of the listings on Google give information about this person, and many include lists and names of relatives.
Once you are sure you have found the right people, you can often make further contact through social media messaging (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) etc. Additionally, there are many sites that you can piece together free information including address and phone numbers--like 411.com, mylife.com.
I do urge you to approach this search with extreme caution and to have a very strong support system around you to protect and support you from negative or positive outcomes. Locating family who may or may not know about you and who may or may not want contact, can be joyful or heartbreaking or both. Emotional support, and in some cases, good legal support can be critical to the success of the outreaches.

I have looked on google and thats how I found my cousin last week. She is my dads brothers kid. To my moms knowledge and mine we didnt even know he had a brother. I have searched google many times for him and I did find out all the information needed to find out who he is. Thats not my concern. My concern is finding the rest of my siblings. But its so hard because he has upwards to 10+ kids because hes a womanizer. I found out when I was younger I have 2 older brothers which are now 27 and 25 years old and their names are Quintyn and Deven and I do have contact with them and have been for a couple years. From talking to them. They know just as much as I do. Nothing. From talking with my cousin tho we were able to find out my dads oldest 2 children were with a Women named Maria who was only 17 at the time she gave birth but dont know her last name.
There are several ways to do this one. Some you can do on your own and one will require that you hire a person to do the search for you. This one is a bit more expensive and normally they do find the person but it can take time.
Social media is always a good start but it does sound like he is a bit older and might not have a social media account. You can try a FB search on his name to start off with.
Second Google is a great tool when you are looking for a person. Add the name and see what pops up. You can narrow down the search and start off with where he lived in the past and see if you get any hits and then search again for where he is living now. Compare the information from the two searches and hopefully there will be one or two names on your list that lived in both of these areas.
Next talk with your family on both sides. Hopefully you can find out more information from your dad and members of his family. Contact them and tell them what you are doing. It is hard to say one way or the other if they will give you answers or not.

You could of course hire a PI but that's most likely outside your budget.
