Partially freeze meat before slicing and you can get thin, even cuts. This method is useful for preparing meat for stir fry and other Chinese dishes.

To slice meat into thin strips, as for stir fry dishes, partially freeze it so it will slice more easily.

Before trying to slice chicken or steak place it in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.

This will make it easier to slice or cube the meat.
