I just got my Border Collie spayed, and she won't eat. I have tried softening her food, and mixing wet food into it, but she just won't eat. She was always a picky eater, but it's gotten worse. How should I get her to eat?

Sometimes it takes time after this surgery. Make sure she stays hydrated and follow the Vet's advice.
Normally after surgery the vet does not want you to give the dog water or food for a certain number of hours when you bring them home. However, if this is several days later this is not a good sign and the dog may be hurting or something else is wrong with the dog. You can try to hand feed the dog a few bites of boiled chicken or even some chicken and rice.
