We just picked up a Lab, Pit, Mastiff, Boxer mix yesterday. The dog will pee just fine, but has not pooped yet and it has been 19 hours. I do have an appointment at the vet to get the dog fixed and an office visit, but that is not for another 4 days counting today. There are no bruises, rashes, or bites of any kind. There is no way I can let my dog run loose. Please help.

I would call the vet. Waiting 4 days to see him is too long. The dog will probably go soon, but you deserve peace of mind.
