This was my first time dyeing/bleaching my hair ever, and I went to a salon to get it done. I asked the guy for an ombré and showed him a picture. He for some reason did my ombré almost all the way up to my roots. He actually bleached sections of my hair, then put toner in. I looked like I had my hair dyed, but my roots just didn't take, it was bad.
Then I asked him to somehow make it lower because I did not like how it was so high up. And he put some dye at the top of my head that was close to my natural color. I now look like an old lady, because some of the dye actually came out in one day! I'm just wondering if I would be able to fix it, and if not how long do you think it will talk to come out?

I would ask for a refund, take your photo and go elsewhere. If they missed it up twice, they probably would the third time as well.
Don't try to fix it yourself. Go back to the salon and have the owner fix it, or ask for a refund. Bring the picture of what you wanted.
That's terrible. I'd definitely get a refund, that's not cool. Don't let them touch your hair after you get the refund.
I'd go back and have someone else that is well trained, professional to fix it. If they're unhappy to - get your money back and go to a different salon.
Revisit the salon and request your money back then, go to a salon that can help fix your hair.
