The paddles won't turn right away on setting #3, unless I jiggle or open and close the cover. Then if lucky the paddles seem to turn fine. Is there a switch associated with the door, or does this have to do with positioning of the paddles?

I haven't had to call for a while (it was for a drill, but they were still helpful).
Give them a call and see what they say! Hope it is a super easy fix! Post back with an update!
I had the same thing happen, worked once, now the paddles will not turn. I accidently spilled water in mine, but the rest of it works fine. Going to check out these other things. Thanks
