Pancakes

These are yummy and good. You can also add blueberries to this recipe or chocolate chips. SO good!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 cups buttermilk or sour milk
  • 1 egg, well beaten

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, beating until smooth. The following may be added for variety: 1/2 cup Wheaties, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup chopped nuts or any fresh fruit or chocolate chips. Fry in frying pan until golden brown.

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
