Whole Wheat Yogurt Pancakes

Nice, healthier version of normal pancakes. Very good and filling.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • Advertisement

  • 1/4 cup white flour
  • 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:

Beat eggs slightly. Add yogurt and oil. Add dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened. Lightly oil hot griddle or skillet. Pour about 1/4 cup batter for each cake. When bubbly, turn over and cook other side for about 2 minutes. Watch closely!

Servings: 10 pancakes
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
