Roasting vegetables in the oven.Cut up, oil and season your favorite veggies then spread on a cookie tray and place on the VERY BOTTOM of your 450 degree F oven floor.

Turn the veggies after about 10 minutes and cook until done; usually 20 minutes does it. Veggies come out perfectly browned and with a nice crunchy taste!

Consider lining aluminium pans with silicone mats or parchment paper at such high temperatures? For safety sake.

Before you turn the oven on put the pan in it. Once the oven has reached the temperature you set, take the pan out and put your vegetables on the hot pan. Takes oven roasted veggies to a whole new level.
