I got a perm last week, I have blonde and brown hair so she knew I had bleach in my hair from before. However she was really busy and mentioned not leaving it on very long, but now I have no curls even the day I left. It was just a wave here and there but no curls and a lot of straight pieces. Is it from the blonde or not doing the perm right? Can I fix it at home to just be straight again so it doesn't look crazy.

The cuticle of your hair is a protective layer composed of overlapping cells sort of like fish scales, but facing downwards. Your outer cuticle gives your hair shine and protects the inner layers from damage. Chemical processes and weathering can lift the cuticle and disrupt this balance. That being said, you must open up the cuticle layer for the chemicals to permeate into the hair strand. Every time you apply a chemical to your hair, it becomes more porous, therefore making it more fragile and possibly damaged.
She is obligated to fix it or refund your money. I would go back to the woman who did it. If you try to fix it yourself you will forfeit that right.
You should get in touch with your stylist to make this right. At this point trying to do it yourself can cause further damage.

You mentioned 'she knew I had bleach in my hair' so was this your regular stylist and was she the stylist that put bleach in your hair?
I'm only asking because from what I've read/heard any type of chemical that is used on your hair needs a 'resting' time before applying more chemicals.
Sometimes it is a really good idea to let your hair repair itself by waiting several weeks before applying anything except shampoo and conditioner.

First, wash your hair to rinse the chemicals out of your hair and stop the perm developing any further. Use a deep conditioning shampoo and repeat the procedure until the hair is feeling softer and looser.
Then apply a generous amount of really thick conditioner to settle your hair, leave it on for 30 minutes until the hair is soft enough to untangle the curls with your fingers or a wide toothed comb, but avoid pulling the comb through your hair though as it is weak from chemicals and will be prone to breaking.
Use a hot oil treatment to relax the hair and provide it with added nourishment and moisture. Use a shower cap whilst the hot oil treatment is on. When rinsing through use a relaxing shampoo and conditioner then finish off with a hair serum.
Trim any loose ends. You could snip these unruly ends yourself.
For your hair to be fully free from the perm will take time and patience. Use a daily routine of washing and conditioning your hair, applying an anti frizz serum. Scrunch the hair in your fist to settle into presentable curls. The use of any heated styling tools will not keep your perm under control, heating your hair could cause further damage.
