Season flour with 1 tsp. garlic and pepper. Beat eggs and season with 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and pepper. Dip pork chops in eggs and then in flour mixture. Brown pork chops well in a hot skillet. Lower heat and add pineapple. Cover and continue to simmer for about 45 minutes.

Brown pork chops and put in crockpot. Add the rest of ingredients and serve over hot rice. Good stuff!

In small bowl, mix crushed pineapple and juice, 2 Tbsp. brown sugar, 1/4 cup vinegar and 1/4 cup honey. Pour over chops. Cook 20-30 minutes.

Brown pork chops in butter over medium heat. Place pork chops in 13x9 baking pan. Combine yams, pineapple, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.
