My little female pup is 7 months old and she just went into heat. She is doing great in diapers, but this morning she got up and has not peed or pooped all day. Is there something wrong with her?

Humans get this too from the cramps. It is not an issue. She will go to the bathroom soon enough.
For a day or so, its normal. Beyond that, contact the vet. Make sure she does have access to plenty of water.
If you are keeping her in diapers, you will have to remove the diaper, and follow your normal routine for her bathroom duties. Just make sure the area that you take her is protected against other dogs.
She may be confused by the diapers. Keep her on her regular pee and poop schedule and if she doesn't pee or poop after 24 hours, call the vet ASAP! It is important that they at least pee daily....poop is important but pee is critical. Let us know what happens and prayers for all!!!
We did take her to vet. I assume that he didnt think it was life threatening he would do any test because I only had $15 in my pocket. I would hate to see human doctors refuse testing on a child because of what the parents have.
My puppy just finished her heat and the first couple of days she refused to go to the toilet also. I wasn't so excited when the vet on the island refused to fix the dog before the first heat. I have no idea why this would have been an issue but it was. I think she is fine. However, if she seems to not want to poop or pee with the diaper on, I'd remove this and take her out for a long walk. She might not like peeing and pooping in the diaper.
