You cannot remove the stain, since the color has been removed. The best you can do is to use a permanent fabric paint or Sharpie in a matching color to cover it up.

Basically, when bleach has removed the color in fabric there is nothing you can do except to dye the items again or remove all the color from this item. Removing the color from the item is harder than dying it over again.
