Try fabric paint in the same shade.
Green is very hard to match. Maybe try a creative fix like turning the spot into a focal point with embroidery or a cute patch.
Pinterest has lots of ideas to make creative fixes and turn a boo boo into a fashion do!!
If you are a little artistic you could try doing a design that covers the spot and maybe even one or two similar designs in other places on the jeans. Fabric dye is good for this.
If you do not wish to take a chance then you might go to a craft store like Michael's or Jo Ann's and pick out something you might like. Most people add two or three just for show but it is not necessary.
These are also sold online but a craft store is cheaper (and usually bigger selection) as there is no shipping cost.
