You don't mention where you are or the type of glider, so I was not able to locate specifics.
When a friend fixed his (it was a newer model from a big box store), he just went to Amazon: www.amazon.com/
That said if it an older, rare piece, you may locate springs on eBay or just by Googling the brand and piece and looking for companies who specialize in new old stock or re-furbished pieces.
Many people like me like to take things apart and sell off pieces, so you may find some quickly in the latter category!

Take a picture of the springs with your phone. Then go to any furniture repair shop or big hardware store and you can get a replacement
