I have a double wide that was broken into and they stole my 200 amp breaker box by cutting wires at the ceiling. The wires are now too short; they barely come out of the ceiling. Do I have to run all new wire for the home or is there some way around this?

Perhaps you can speak with your local electrical inspector (authority having jurisdiction). They may let you put a box above the panel location for splicing.
