My Singer M3400 is jammed! The hand wheel won't even turn. Yesterday while sewing, the needle hit something which bent the needle. I replaced the needle, it worked a little bit and now is jammed.

Make sure there arent any loose threads inside. Or maybe there is an issue with tension. Check the bobbin and bobbin drive gears. Rethread everything, the bobbin, the top, and try a new needle. Make good oiling now and then even the threading tensioner.
Your sewing machine is not old, so if it is still under warranty, then it is better to repair it using warranty.
On vintage sewing machines, hand wheel stuck happens because the bobbin gear. Replacing it can help. Or some parts of the hand wheel could be broken. Only a qualified repairman can fix it.
If your machine is still under warranty then you should contact someone listed under the terms of your warranty or the guarantee will be broken.
Please - unplug your machine before you try any 'fixes' and only plug it back in to check if the fix worked.

This can also be debris build up in your machine. The build up can happen over time in and around wheel , bobbin housing, even treading. This would be a build up of treads, fabric, lint and dust , can make your machine malfunction .
