If you like your seafood with bit of a kick, you'll have to try this New Orleans take on shrimp. It's a one-pan dish and ready in minutes. I love this with a piece of fresh crusty bread to mop up the juices. It's very comforting on colder days!

Here's a great shrimp dish I make quite often. The original recipe came out of an old Weight Watcher cookbook, but as always (something I learned from my Grandma) I usually throw in a few extras to make it taste better and substitute some ingredients, but it's still healthy cooking.
Mouth watering bacon wrapped jalapeno shrimp. Clean and devein shrimp. Wear gloves while slicing fresh jalapenos, cut into slivers.
Peel and clean shrimp. Combine all other ingredients. Add peeled shrimp to sauce and let stand 15 minutes. Grill shrimp over hot coals, basting with sauce. Be careful not to overgrill!
This page contains cajun lime grilled shrimp recipe. Spicy marinated shrimp cooked on the grill can be a great main dish.
Shrimp creole is most likely New Orleans' most famous dish of creole origin. This page contains shrimp creole recipes.
