Tablet HolderThis project makes a handy addition to the kitchen if you are following a recipe from the internet while cooking or it can be used anytime you need to prop up the iPad while you are doing something.

Steps:

  1. First, cut the wood into two pieces: 14 inch (base) and 8 inch (support) using table saw.

  3. Measure and cut the notch, using the scroll saw, in the base 2 1/2 inches from bottom edge using the thickness of the board as a guide. This example is 1/2 inch thick but any thickness will do.
  4. Tablet Holder
     
  5. Measure and cut the notch in the (support) 1 3/4 inches from the top edge using scroll saw, so that the (support) board can interlock with the bottom of the (base) board.

  7. Push the support into the base board and make any necessary adjustments such as cutting notch deeper if necessary.
