Treating a Rash on My Ankle?

I have had an itchy rash on my ankle since around April of this year. In the last 6 or 8 weeks it's started to ooze and spread. I went to the doctor and was prescribed Clindamycin 150mg 2 tab 4x daily for 1 week and ketoconzol cream. I have about 2 days of RX left and the rash is even worse I believe! Please help!
