Tuna "Salmon" Patties
Substitute tuna for salmon when making patties.
Total Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 12 or so, depends on size
- 2 Cans tuna, drained and press out water ($2.00)
- 1 egg ($.25)
- cornmeal or flour to thicken patties
- Drain and press out water from tuna.
- Add egg, cornmeal (or flour) and crackers.
- Fry in skillet in oil.
- Serve with ketchup on top.
