Using Leftover Tater Tots

I have found a wonderful use for those leftover tater tots! I freeze any leftovers in a freezer bag until needed and then pull them out for a quick breakfast treat! Just pop them under the oven broiler for about 5-10 minutes until crispy again, and add to egg wraps. I scramble up a couple of eggs, adding in onions, peppers, whatever you like.

Layer down the middle of a warmed flour tortilla (8-10 inch in the microwave about 15 seconds), add some cheese, tater tots, salsa, roll up and enjoy! NOTE: I have also used leftover seasoned french fries and they taste just as good.
