Unfortunately, these books don't have a high resale value because it isn't +100 years old. The only time an encyclopedia has any type of value is when the book is in high demand and is +100 years old.
Nobody wants these books any longer. You can't take them to the library, donations centers or even schools. They have too many of them and normally end up sending them to a paper recycle center.

Step 1
If it is a complete set I would hold on to it because in 2022 it will be 100 years old and concidered an antique.
Step 2
I would then take it to several book dealers for appraisals.
