I believe you may come closer to learning about your vase as people have asked questions and shared their photo of the marking. There's so many and yours does have the red coloring and the border. Other marks other than the one on yours are different, but I can't read the language. It could be the artist's name or something else. It would be interesting to learn what you find out. It's a lovely piece of art.
Vases can be tricky to identify, so it's probably best to ask people who may have prior knowledge about this type of item.
