This doll is mass produced and your doll is the 46th doll made in a series of 7500 dolls. The doll isn't worth much money and you might be able to sell her for $15 to $25 on eBay or another auction site.
There are 7500 dolls in your lot, which is many dolls. The value is probably less than you paid, at most $25.
