Similar and brand name dolls are listed for sale in the thousands and the closer we get to Christmas this number will go even higher. This year market research estimates that less than 10% will sell for more than $35 (they really believe it will be less than 5%) so that indicates that an unbranded doll such as this might/could sell for less than $10.
These dolls were mass produced (usually in China) and sold unbranded to lower end stores such as: drug stores, K-Mart, smaller strip mall toy stores, Dollar General, Family Dollar, and grocery stores. The original price was probably less than $19.99.

Glancing at unbranded dolls on eBay it appears the average sold price (sold/identical item =current value) is approximately $8-$10.

Hopefully you purchased this doll (or dolls) because you liked them for yourself or maybe for someone special and not to 'flip/resell' because I believe the outcome would be very disappointing.

Also, I did not mention that dolls are very slow sellers and some dolls remain listed for sale for years and may never sell.
There are other sites to check for dolls like this but eBay is still the largest doll selling site in the world.

Unfortunately (and this is my opinion from studying dolls for years) that this doll did NOT originally come in this box. The box is much too small for her and just does not seem to fit her. So disregard the box. That it is unmarked then becomes meaningless.

Does she have any markings on her? How tall is she? Is her hair real or synthetic? Is her body stuffed with sawdust or cotton or something else?

Are her eye lashes real or painted on?

Just at first blush the clothes also do not look original to the doll either. They are very much out of proportion with her build.

Maybe with more info, I can help you ID the doll.

If she is unmarked, I would focus on trying to sell her for the unique outfit--which probably has more value than the doll itself.

The little purse alone may fetch a few dollars in resale because it is so adorable. The same for the cute little sweater!

Check the dolls butt, back, feet, and under her hair for marks.

Look inside the clothing for tags (although they may be hand made--which you can tell if seams are not clean or there are lots of threads).

Check the little purse to see if anything is in there!

With more info I may be able to help you more!! She is sweet!!

The doll is still in the box and appears to not have a brand name on the outside of the box. Today the market value for dolls like this that are not branded dolls is 1 to 15 dollars. The value of the doll that you have purchased is considered the true value for the doll. Value today is determined by how much a person is willing to pay for such a doll. If you are looking to resell the doll you might get a few extra dollars for the doll but not much. Most non branded dolls like this are selling in a lot of local thrift shops for $1-5 each.

This doll is lovely and still in the package, this may help for advertising to sell. Because it seems that it is not a brand name, you may not bring in as much . There are hundreds of dolls online right now. There are a lot of reasons that people are getting rid of there doll collections. With that in mind this is the best time to put on the market because of the holidays coming. Keep in mind because she doesn't have a brand, she may not bring in more than $5 to $15 .

Maybe you should sale locally to get away from shipping fees, and stage her well in pictures , Here is what Etsy customers are charging for there collection of dolls - Keep in mind that these are asking prices for these dolls, not sold prices. www.etsy.com/search?q=porcelain%20dolls&ref=auto1
