For value, your owner should not go by for-sale listings as these listings only show what a seller would like to receive for their dolls but only a sold doll shows what someone would pay for a doll similar to you.
If you check eBay's sold listings you will find that 5 dolls like you have sold over the past several months and the sold prices range from very low to high.

These dolls were marketed as collectibles, but have greatly decreased in value. If it has never been taken out of the box, the most you could get for it is $25.
I found vintage porcelain doll Hilary designed by Dianne Effner for Ashton Drake Galleries, in excellent condition, no box at 90 GBP (approximative $109.65).
