Usually this type doll is mass produced - even in a year - and do not resell for very much - usually always less than original cost. Dolls like this do not sell very well on eBay as there are so many to choose from.
Dolls are one of the most difficult items to sell and a LOT of trouble to ship and costly to ship which is added to your "asking"price. In addition, they are easily broken in shipment.
You may have better luck with Craig's list as there is no shipping involved.
Also, dolls usually sell better at Christmas. Dolls like this sometime sell for 8-15 dollars on eBay.
