So many brands of dolls have more or less been 'dumped' on numerous online sites that not very many will be of value higher than $25 and most will be less. Not only is the value low but sales are very slow.
Your doll is very pretty and may be a little unusual but her value will still be less than $25.
If you wish to sell her it would be better to list her on sites other than eBay or Etsy. Maybe try out Facebook Marketplace or any of the other sites you see advertised.
I have done lots of research and is worth about $700
The value of dolls has declined so much in the past few years it makes it so hard to sell one of these dolls and earn much off the dolls. If you check selling prices people are lucky to earn $5 for the dolls right now.

She is one of hundreds online right now. There are so many on the market like her. Dolls like her are only going up to $15 online because of the market.
Basically, not a lot. Especially without a box or papers.
