Most people are asking $25 for these plates. I do see a few listed under $15 and a couple of them listed as high as $50. On aa average the plate is worth around $25.

It sold on eBay recently for less than the 7.50 starting price (a best offer). For some reason the site I use can't tell me what the best offer is. It may have involved a reduced shipping cost.
So basically, less than 7.50 plus shipping is the final market value--so I would say that makes it approx 15.00.
'Collectable Plates' have fallen out of favor like so many other items that were sold by the thousands with a lot of hype about these being 'valuable' in the future.
It is rare to see any type/brand of plates sell for over $25 and that price is a rarity and not the usual.
These are usually very slow sellers and right now the sales are almost non existent so maybe you should hold off a while on this item.
