Undress the doll and look for identifying markings on the back of the neck, back, chest and bottom of feet
She's cute, but I can't place her as there are so many similar dolls out there. There should be a name or marks on the back of her neck, under her hair, on her back or feet. Post back with that info and I can help value her!
most likely not much. A doll of that vintage (looks 80s or newer) the only possible value comes from its clothes and packaging and branding. Even that value is specious as it comes only to $25 or so
