There is not an example of this exact doll by the model number sold on any of the sites I frequent, so I am not able to give you today's market value.

Generally, the Ashley Belle dolls have not held their value and sell on eBay and Etsy for between 99 cents and $20.
There are a few ringer dolls out there, but since there is no picture I can't do any further research. People don't often use the doll model numbers in their ad. Usually just the brand name and the doll's name. Sometimes they just use the brand name. Sometimes just a description of the doll.

Most Ashley Belle dolls are worth $25 or less, even if never taken out of the box.
eBay is the worlds largest seller of dolls . I think you should check the site and see if you can find a match to your doll. Type in the search "Ashley Belle Doll" and go from there . Should you find one similar, watch it till it sells and this will give you a general idea of what it is worth, some times it says "free shipping" and other times there is an asking for the buyer to pay postage, take that in to account.
I did look on eBay and I couldnt find one that was remotely close!
