She sold on eBay recently for $10.50 plus shipping. She was complete as you are describing so this would be an apples to apples comparison for yours.
Your gal is worth the 10.50 + shipping (approx $15) depending on where you are shipping. You will (if you sell on eBay) fetch much less after fees and you pay the shipping, so your net will be around 7-8 dollars.
If you can sell her at an in person venue you may be able to get the approx $25 value (sold + shipping price).

It's possible this one is like your doll but difficult to say exactly as you do not say if yours has a box or papers. this one sold on eBay for $29.95 plus shipping.

There are a lot of these dolls listed for sale on different venues so it really is a buyer's market and it may take a while for any doll to sell. Here are listings on eBay. some will be for the 1994 doll.
Recently dolls that are mass producded such as the Ashton Drake collection are selling for very little. Normally people are not being able to make more than $25 for these dolls but the average selling price right now is between $5-15.
