He is 6 months old and I am really curious what breed he is. He is half Chihuahua and I am not sure what the other breed is.

There looks to be some Pinscher in this dog
He has a long pointy nose of a Pincher or even a Renard. I would guess from the ears too it may be Renard more than Pincher.
yes a little ...but he is fluffy and Pinscher don't have hairs
Other half looks like some sort of Shepherd to me.
