Lily is 11 months old. She is really nice towards family, but can turn aggressive to new people. I have been told by the owner that it's a Japanese Akita cross Rottweiler, but many people refer to it as a wolf or a fox.

Your dog looks to me to be a mix of pit bull and akita. A very bright but high energy dog and potentially aggressive.
This is my dingo pit mix not sure if that helps you at all. Dingos do have distinct marks white tip tail feet head and usually eyes mouth and nose look like they've been outlined with eyeliner.
