Send this picture to your local cooperative extension. You can also put a few in a sealed plastic bag and take to a place that sells pesticides. They will help you identify it and get rid of it.

I believe it is called a "damsel bug". They eat other insects.

Sorry. The picture blurs out when I try magnifying it. It looks like a skipper butterfly...but since I can't get an up close I can't be sure.
