Can some one tell me what kind of bug this is? There are tons inside my shed and they sometimes get in the house.

Send this picture to your local cooperative extension. You can also put a few in a sealed plastic bag and take to a place that sells pesticides. They will help you identify it and get rid of it.
I believe it is called a "damsel bug". They eat other insects.
Sorry. The picture blurs out when I try magnifying it. It looks like a skipper butterfly...but since I can't get an up close I can't be sure.
