short plant with dark green leaves and pink flowersIt has dark green leaves that are serrated and pink flowers that I have never seen open up. It's in a sun to part shade area.

Georgia is correct. They are Turtle Heads (Chelone). The flowers are open as much as they're going to.

I have never seen turtle heads so compact and such a rich dark green. Whatever you're doing for these plants, keep doing it. Nice!
