Creamy Mushroomed Pork Chops


  • 4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
  • seasoned flour for dusting
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 oz. can mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Ad

  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup chicken bouillon
  • 3 dashes white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground marjoram
  • 2 cup cooked noodles
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Dust chops and brown. Slice mushrooms and saute' them quickly in butter with the onions. Stir flour into sour cream. Stir and heat just to boiling. Slowly stir in bouillon. Heat to boiling. Add seasonings and cheese. mix with cooked noodles. Pour into a shallow casserole. Top with chops. Bake covered for 1 hour. Uncover and bake another 30 minutes or until tender.
