Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs. pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • Ad

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Directions

Combine the brown sugar, vinegar, honey, chili powder, cumin, garlic, and soy sauce together and pour over the pork tenderloin. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Remove from the marinade and grill, over medium-hot coals, until done, about 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of tenderloin.
