Easy Stir Fry

Love the mandarin oranges/pineapple bits in this recipe


  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • Ad

  • 8 oz. lean meat or fish in bite-sized pieces
  • 2-3 tsp. oil
  • 4 cups vegetables, bite-sized
  • 1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges or pineapple bits, drained (I recommend using half oranges and half pineapple! They are good together!)


In small bowl, blend cornstarch into soy sauce. Stir in orange juice and set aside. Preheat skillet over high heat, adding cooking oil. Stir fry the lean meat or fish until almost cooked. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Stir in cornstarch mixture. Add fruit. Serve over rice or noodles.
