Does anyone have the recipe for the sauce that Leverock's serves with their onion crusted salmon? It was a light pink color and tasted so good.

Could you explain the flavor even just a little bit? Since you mention it had a pinkish color to it and if it was creamy it most likely is cocktail sauce and sour cream combination. I am happy to try to help you replicate it if you can give a little more info. Not being a braggard here but I am a really good cook and could most likely come up with something for you and I already have a killer cocktail sauce recipe. ;-)
