Chicken Noodle Soup


  • 1 small chicken, cut in pieces
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 2 green onions, diced fine
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Ad

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. frozen egg noodles


Cover chicken with water; add salt and pepper. Boil until done, about 1 hour. Remove chicken from liquid, cut meat off bones. More water may be added. Add carrots, onions, cream of chicken soup, frozen egg noodles and chicken meat.

Boil until noodles are done. Add parsley flakes. A few drops of yellow food coloring can be added for color, if you desire.
